Among the various proposals of the house, prepared with “Km. 0” ingredients, we recommend the “focaccia leva gallicanese”, accompanied by delicious local gastronomic specialties.
A very important detail: the restaurant, located about 12 kilometers from the Grotta del Vento, is open for both lunch and dinner every day of the week until the next winter closure, which will not take place before November.

In the Turrite di Gallicano valley, which in addition to the Grotta del Vento, hosts some of the major attractions of Garfagnana (such as the Eremo di Calomini and Monte Forato) there are currently no other catering options that can guarantee service every day and in equally well-defined periods.
